Renters dont have the option of a home inspection prior to leasing an apartment or house. So RentSpek has designed a free and less invasive inspection app that allows potential renters to grade a rental property based on its overall condition using a smartphone, tablet computer or any web enabled mobile device.
- Create a graded Home Inspection, or "Spek" of an apartment or house you are considering renting before signing any lease.
- Share the completed Spek with someone (like a roommate or spouse) through email or SMS
- Use your smartphone to add pictures to your Spek
- See other Speks that have been completed nearby
- Convert photos of rental documents into PDF’s & store them for safe keeping.
- Take, share & store photos of the move-in & move-out condition to avoid landlord/tenant disputes later
